Trash Pickup and Services
Trash pick up for Oakhurst is handled by Waste Management Company. Our pick up days are Tuesday & Fridays for regular garbage. Our contract is for “top of driveway” service, which means trash will be collected by your garage door. This type of service is designed to prevent residents from having to drag containers to the street, and it helps keep our community free of unsightly trash containers in front of our properties.
PLEASE do not bring your trash containers to the street.

- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
If one of our trash service days fall on one of these holidays, service will be provided on the next regularly scheduled service day.
Recycling
Recycling is available as a subscription service and homeowner's option. Contact Waste Management if interested.
Glass Recycling is available for free at the Kingwood Park & Ride every weekend.
