satellite dish location

Residents, As an FYI an ARC approval is needed on all satellite dish installations! The back side of your home is the preferred location, assuming good reception. If poor reception requires the dish to be located on the side of your home, the preferred location is the rear 25% of the side roof area. Your compliance is appreciated and a necessary part of living in a deed restricted community.

Swimming season draws to a close

Please enjoy the pool this coming Labor Day weekend. The last day to swim for the 2008 season, will be Monday September 1st. The CA Board hopes everyone enjoyed the facilities!
