Pool Staining - Our pool maintenance company has assured us that the staining on the bottom of our pool is NOT Algae! It is a mix of metal & high phosphate levels that mix w/chlorine & subsequently stain the pool plaster. This is especially noticeable in the shallow end where the chemicals are introduced through the returns. This cannot be treated by brushing & chemical treatment; but rather acid washing the plaster is required. Unfortunately this was not done before this years season, but will be done before next season.

Residents, please be advised that extra security officers will be on duty within Oakhurst for the July 4th holiday. The firing of fireworks on golf course property is prohibited!! Golf course management has requested our security team to issue citations and or arrest individuals trespassing or setting off fireworks on the golf course. Two tee boxes were damaged last year and this is not going to be tolerated. Let's be good neighbors and enjoy the holiday without causing any issues to Oakhurst Golf Club.
